摘 要:钢结构件强度/刚度高、硬度大、耐磨、热/表处理和加工技术成熟,是机载导弹和发射装置结构组成中一类重要的金属结构件,其适海性关系到导弹和发射装置在海洋和岛礁服役环境中的可靠性和维修性。文章论述了机载导弹和发射装置钢结构件海洋环境锈蚀故障与风险,在海南开展海洋大气暴露试验中常用金属材料及表面处理、镀层、覆层、涂层和密封材料的试验与分析,讨论了试验与装备海洋环境使用维护之间的关联,为相关腐蚀防护工程应用提供借鉴。Steel parts with features of higher strength,rigidity,hardness,wear resistance,and mature technology of heat/surface treatments and fabrication,are important metal structural components for airborne missiles and launchers.Their seakeeping is related to the reliability and maintainability of the missiles and launchers in severe marine environment of the sea and islands and reefs.This paper briefly discusses failures and risk of corrosion on the steel parts in marine environment,and marine atmospheric exposure tests in Hainan of China with samples on materials,surface treatments,electroplates,coatings,sealing materials,etc.as well as associations between the seakeeping experiments and operation and maintenance of equipments in the marine environment to provide references for related engineering application.
