摘 要:梁北煤矿以往巷道揭煤时,通常在巷道距二1煤最小法向距离大于7 m时施工穿层预抽石门揭煤区域防突措施钻孔,穿煤距离一般长达几十米,很难一次穿透全煤层,冲孔煤量不能保证。若分段施工则延长了揭煤时间,增加突出危险性,而且部分小角度钻孔无法见煤,施工时间较长,严重影响了石门揭煤速度及矿井采掘接替。现在梁北煤矿通过采用巷道快速揭煤技术,在底抽巷施工区域施工防突措施钻孔,快速、高效、安全地揭穿二1煤,证明该方法的有效性。In Liangbei Coal Mine,when the roadway was uncovering in the past,when the minimum normal distance between the roadway and coal seamⅡ1 was more than 7 m.The distance through coal is generally tens of meters,it was difficult to penetrate the whole coal seam at one time,and the amount of coal punched could not be guaranteed.If the construction is carried out in sections,the coal uncovering time will be prolonged and the risk of outburst will be increased.Moreover,some small angle boreholes will not be able to see the coal,and the construction time will be long,which will seriously affect the coal uncovering speed of crosscut and the replacement of mining.At present,the technology of quick opening coal was adopted in the roadway of Liangbei Coal Mine,and constructs the outburst prevention measures in the construction area of the floor gas drainage roadway to drill holes,quickly,efficiently and safely exposing theⅡ1 coal,which proves the effectiveness of this method.
