摘  要:以环己烷(CHA)、甲基环己烷(MCHA)、乙基环己烷(ECHA)、丁基环己烷(BCHA)为模型化合物,研究了烷基环己烷在不同分子筛催化剂上的催化转化规律;计算了烷基环己烷的开环选择性及支链C—C键能;阐述了烷基环己烷的开环裂化和支链裂化对低碳烯烃选择性分布的影响以及不同分子筛对烷基环己烷裂化生产低碳烯烃的影响。结果表明:相同分子筛上4种模型化合物的转化率由大到小为丁基环己烷、乙基环己烷、甲基环己烷、环己烷;具有较大孔径的Beta和USY分子筛催化剂有利于烷基环己烷的转化,较小孔径的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上烷基环己烷转化率较低,但低碳烯烃选择性较高;烷基环己烷侧链链长增加,支链裂化性能提高,环烷环开环选择性降低。Cyclohexane(CHA),methylcyclohexane(MCHA),ethylcyclohexane(ECHA)and butylcyclohexane(BCHA)were chosen as model compounds to study the conversion of alkylcyclohexane on different zeolite catalysts.Ring opening selectivity and C—C bond energy of the branched chain were calculated,and effects of different zeolite catalysts on the selectivity of light olefins were discussed.It could be found that increasing branch length could improve cracking performance of the side chain,but reduce the ring opening selectivity.Under the same reaction conditions,the sequence of the four model compounds conversion capabilities is butylcyclohexane,ethylcyclohexane,methylcyclohexane,cyclohexane.Beta and USY zeolite catalysts are favorable for the conversion of alkylcyclohexanes;ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst shows a poor performance on alkylcyclhexane conversion,while the selectivity to light olefins on ZSM-5 is higher than that of Beta and USY.
