摘  要:随着原油开采的深度增加,井深和钻速成为直接影响开采效率的决定性因素,水平扭力冲击器这一钻井液驱动的钻井辅助装置起到决定性作用。针对国内对辅助钻井工具工作机理的研究主要集中于传统垂直冲击器的这一现状,提出一种自循环水平往返冲击的工作原理,建立了启动与往返运动的动力学模型,分析了水平往返冲击过程中压力变化引起位移速、速度及加速度化而呈现出的非线性动力学特征。并通过模拟仿真与室内冲击器试验进行了对比拟合,实验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,为水平扭力冲击器的设计制造提供理论依据。With the increase in the depth of crude oil mining,well depth and drilling speed are the decisive factors that directly influence the efficiency of mining,the horizontal torsion impactor,a drilling auxiliary device driven by drilling fluid,plays a decisive role.Because of the research on the working mechanism of auxiliary drilling tools in China is mainly focused on the traditional vertical impactor,this paper presents a working principle of self circulating horizontal round-trip impact,the dynamic model of starting and round-trip is established,the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the displacement,velocity and acceleration change caused by the pressure change in the horizontal round-trip impact process are analyzed. and the simulation is compared with the indoor impact test,the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results,it provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the horizontal torsion impactor.
