摘 要:研磨加工是针对齿轮的切齿误差和热处理变形的微整形工艺,在齿轮副中的对跑过程中利用研磨介质进行齿面的定点研磨,达到改善齿形精度和齿面粗糙度的目的。针对奥制等高齿准双曲面齿轮研磨加工中存在多种因素影响研齿质量的问题,采用田口方法对研磨参数中的主轴转速、制动力矩、齿侧间隙进行稳健性参数设计,以齿轮表面粗糙度为评价指标,找出使信噪比SNR值最高的因素水平设置,并以格里森600HTL数控研齿机为载体做正交实验,验证了参数设计结果的准确性。试验评价了各因素对齿轮表面粗糙度影响的显著性,选出了试验范围内最优的水平组合,达到优化研齿工艺和改善研磨质量的目的。Grinding machining is a micro-shaping process for gear cutting error and heat treatment deformation. The grinding material is used for the fixed grinding of the tooth surface during the running of the gear pair,to achieve the purpose of improving the tooth profile accuracy and tooth surface roughness.Aiming at the problem that there are a variety of factors are affecting the lapping quality of hypoid gear,the Taguchi method is used to design the robust parametersfor the spindle speed,the braking torque and the flank clearance.Gear surface roughness as an evaluation index,find the most appropriate factors’ level setting that make the SNR value arrive the highest,and verified the accuracy of the experimental results on Gleason NC Laboring Machine. The test evaluated the significance of factors to the surface roughness of the gear,and selected the best levels combination within the experimental range,to achieve the purpose of optimizing the tooth-making process and improving the quality of the lapping.
