摘  要:驾驶室良好的人机工程环境,有利于驾驶员保持长时间注意力,可以有效降低安全事故发生率,同时大大提高了工作效率和经济效益。根据驾驶室总体结构特点,搭建试验台,进行人机工程学试验。选取20名相关专业人员,从坐姿舒适度、仪表台、手操作装置、脚踏操作装置等四大类进行操作评价,根据各子因素和相应的人机工程标准建立驾驶室评价体系。应用直觉模糊集的多属性群决策方法,综合考虑系统属性的权重和各专家的权重,对驾驶室进行人机工程评价。结果可知:座椅部分得分的高低直接影响到整个驾驶室内部的得分值;肩/腰部支撑和仪表与方向盘视觉干涉两项的分值较低,需要专门进行改进;应用直觉模糊集的多属性群决策方法对驾驶室人机工程的试验进行评价,得到合理的结论,可以应用实际设计。The cab with good human engineering environment can be helpful for the driver to keep attention for a long time,which can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents and improve work efficiency and economic benefits greatly. According to the overall structure of the cab,the test bed was built. 20 relevant professionals involved in the experimental test,so the operation was evaluated from four categories:sitting comfortably,dashboards,hand-operated devices and foot operating devices. The cab evaluation system was established according to the sub-factors and the corresponding ergonomic standards.Based on the multi-attribute group decision method of intuitionist fuzzy was set,the weight of the system attribute and the weight of the experts were taken into account to evaluate the man-machine engineering in the cab. The results show that the score of the seat can directly affect the score of the whole cab,Shoulder/waist support and instrumentation and steering wheel vision interference are low and require special improvement. The multi-attribute group decision method of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is applied to evaluate the human engineering test in the cab,and the reasonable conclusion can be obtained and the actual design can be applied.
