摘  要:为确定立式主轴式滚磨光整加工过程中滚抛磨块尺寸、加工位置以及接触力大小对于工件表面加工效果的影响。采用不同尺寸的球形磨块对(34×20)mm不锈钢直角钢片进行加工,以加工后工件表面的平均粗糙度值以及工件表面加工纹理作为评价指标,探讨磨块尺寸、工件装夹位置以及工件所受接触力与加工效果之间的关系。实验结果表明:磨块尺寸D=3mm或D=4mm明显优于D>4mm时的加工效果,使用3mm或4mm磨块加工工件,可使工件表面平均粗糙度降低到0.254um左右,当工件中心距离滚桶底部z=75mm时,表面均匀性最好;z=55mm时,表面均匀性次之;z=65mm时,工件表面划痕仍然可见;随着磨块尺寸的增加以及加工深度的增加,接触力大小越来越大,磨块尺寸、加工位置及接触力大小对于加工效果均有显著影响。磨块尺寸越小,加工效果越好;工件位于距离填充磨块表面中上部时,加工效果最好;工件加工效果受接触力大小影响,但不成比例关系。To study the influence of the size of the abrasive,the machining position and the contact force on the surface machining effect of the vertical spindle type barrel finishing process. The spherical spheres of different sizes abrasive is used to machine the(34×20)mm stainless steel right angle steel piece,and the average roughness value of the workpiece surface and the surface texture of the workpiece are used as evaluation indexes to explore the relationship between the size of the abrasive,the machining position,the contact force of the workpiece and the processing effect. The experimental results show that the abrasive size D =3 mm or D =4 mm is obviously better thanD >4 mm. The workpiece is processed by 3 mm or 4 mm abrasive,which can reduce the average surface roughness of the workpiece to about. When the center of the workpiece is at a distance of z=75 mm from bottom of the roller,the surface uniformity is the best;when z=55 mm,the surface uniformity is second;when z=65 mm,the surface scratch of the workpiece is still visible. When the workpiece is machined by the vertical spindle type roller finishing equipment the size of the abrasive,the processing position and the contact force have a significant influence on the processing effect. As the size of the grinding block increases and the machining depth increases,the contact force becomes larger and larger. The smaller the size of the abrasive,the better the machining effect will be;When the workpiece is located at the upper part of the surface of the filling pad,the machining effect is the best;the machining effect of the workpiece is directly related to the contact force,but it is not proportional.
