摘  要:单纯以主体结构参数作为单一约束条件设计电控雪雕成型器,导致其控制能力较弱,雪雕质量得不到保证,提出多参数约束的成型器化设计方法。分别从电控雪雕成型器的DSN控制电路、电量驱动模块、手持外框扶柄、主体成型单元四个方向,分析电控雪雕成型器主体结构的各种控制参数。根据雪体的成型曲率条件、手持柄弯曲力矩、电控调节参数最优化计算结果,完成小型手持多功能电控雪雕成型器的设计。实用对比结果表明,多功能电控雪雕成型器制作的雪雕,表面硬度水平明显高于人工雪雕成型器,且结构体半径数值也出现明显的提升趋势,已成型雪雕质量水平不达标的问题得到有效解决。The design of the electronic snow sculpting machine is based on the main structure parameters as a single constraint condition,which leads to the weak control ability and the unguaranteed quality of the snow sculpting machine.From the four directions of DSN control circuit,electric quantity drive module,handhold frame handle and main body forming unit of the electronic snow carving shaper,various control parameters of the main structure of the electronic snow carving shaper are analyzed.According to the shape curvature condition of the snow body,the bending moment of the handle,and the optimization calculation results of the electronic control parameters,the design of a small handheld multi-function electronic snow carving molding device is completed.The practical comparison results show that the surface hardness level of the multifunction electronic snow sculpting machine is significantly higher than that of the artificial snow sculpting machine,and the radius value of the structure also shows an obvious trend of improvement. The problem that the quality level of the formed snow sculpting machine is not up to standard is effectively solved.
