摘 要:对高强Ti-6Al-4V薄板成形性能进行研究,通过单轴拉伸试验测得Ti-6Al-4V应力—应变曲线以及延伸率,观察拉伸失效样件断口组织,研究不同技术参数下Ti-6Al-4V板材拉深行为.结果表明在试验条件下,温度在300℃以下时难以成形圆筒件.300℃开始可拉深出合格圆筒件,此时材料抗拉强度为986.69 MPa,延伸率为20.05%.300℃为Ti-6Al-4V薄板在试验条件下拉深成形圆筒件的临界温度,此温度下极限拉深系数为0.656.试验表明高强Ti-6Al-4V板料在一般冲压条件下成形性极差.The formability of high strength Ti-6Al-4V sheet was studied.The stress-strain curve and elongation of Ti-6Al-4V were measured by uniaxial tension test.The fracture structures of failure specimens were observed,and the drawing behaviors of Ti-6Al-4V sheet under different technical parameters were studied.The results show that it is difficult to form a cylindrical part at temperature below 300℃under the test condition.The qualified cylindrical part can be drawn at 300℃and the tensile strength and specific elongation of the material are 986.69 MPa and 20.05%respectively.300℃is the critical drawing forming temperature of Ti-6Al-4V cylindrical part under the experimental conditions and the limit drawing coefficient is 0.656 at this temperature.The test results show that the formability of high strength Ti-6Al-4V sheet is extremely poor in normal stamping condition.
