摘  要:分析了脉振高频信号注入法实现表贴式永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制的原理,针对注入的高频电压会使电流回路中出现相应的高频电流,而巴特沃斯低通滤波器不能完全滤除高频电流,导致电流调节器产生相应的响应从而削弱注入的高频电压的问题,提出了滑动平均低通滤波器,选择了合适的参数使该滤波器能完全滤除高频电流,最后,在基于TMS320F28335的电机驱动控制平台上,实现了一台表贴式永磁同步电机的无位置起动、低速运行和低速突加突卸负载,并验证了滑动平均低通滤波器对高频电流滤波有效性。The principle of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)sensorless control based on pulsating high frequency signal injection method was analyzed.There would be corresponding high frequency current in the current loop after the injection of high frequency voltage.Focused on the problem that the high frequency current could not be completely removed by butterworth low-pass filter so that the current regulator would generate corresponding response which would reduce the injected high frequency voltage,the moving average filter was proposed and appropriate parameters was selected so that the high frequency current could be completely removed by the filter.At last,sensorless start,stable operation,sudden loading and unloading of a SPMSM at a low speed is realized,and the effectiveness of removing high frequency current using moving average low-pass filter is verified.
