摘  要:以航空高压直流供电系统为背景,结合起动发电机电感低、频率高的特点,对起动发电机的控制技术进行研究。采用先恒转矩、后恒功率的起动控制策略,PWM整流的发电控制策略,通过软启动和反电势补偿来抑制电压和电流冲击。基于浮点型DSP构建了单周期控制的程序构架,并通过相位补偿来抑制电机频率高带来的负面影响。通过对电流内环和电压外环进行建模分析,进而确定PI参数。实测结果表明:在0~3500 r/min可实现60 Nm恒转矩起动,3500~7400 r/min可实现22 kW恒功率起动;在12000~18000 r/min可实现260 V、32 kW发电稳压输出。所提出的控制方法有效可行。Based on the background of aviation high voltage DC power supply system,and the characteristics of low inductance and high frequency of starter-generator,the control technologies of starter-generator was studied.The control strategy of constant torque control first,then constant power control was adopted in starting;the control strategy of PWM rectifier was adopted in generating;soft-starting and back electromotive force compensation were adopted to suppress voltage and current impulsions.Control program was calculated by floating-point DSP every time per one cycle,and the negative effects caused by high frequency of motor were suppressed by phase compensation.After modeling and analyzing the current inner loop and the voltage outer loop models,the PI parameters were determined.Experimental results verified that 60 Nm constant torque control was achieved within 0 to 3500 r/min;22 kW constant power control was achieved within 3500 to 7400 r/min;260 V,30 kW constant voltage output was achieved in generating within 12000 to 18000 r/min.The proposed control method is reasonable.
