摘　　要：随着高新技术在医疗设备的应用,保证设备安全、有效、可靠地运行成为医疗领域关注的热点,这对临床工程师提出了更高的要求。由于缺乏从业准入制度,造成我国临床工程师能力水平差距较大。因此,亟待加快建立我国临床工程师资格准入制度,规范人才管理与培养,推动医学工程学科建设。The increasing application the new technology to medical equipment, calls for effective, safe, and reliable operation of all medical equipment, makes higher requests for clinical engineers. This paper analyzed the gaps among clinical engineers from lack of professional admittance system. We should establish professional admittance system, standardize training system to spur discipline-construction of medical engineering.
