摘　　要：目的:通过对1例患者使用伏立康唑合并多种药物致肝功能损伤的情况进行用药分析,探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗过程中的作用。方法:回顾分析病情及所用药物,分析患者肝功能损伤可能出现的原因。结果:该患者出现肝功能损伤很有可能是由伏立康唑与多种药物合用引起的。结论:通过此例伏立康唑合并多药致肝功能损伤的病例,我们要警惕药源性疾病的发生,及时对患者出现不良反应进行因果关系分析,为临床提供合理的用药指导。Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment, through clinical pharmacists performed drug analysis for one liver function injury patient induced by voriconazole combined with multiple drugs. Methods: To analyze the possible causes of liver function injury in this case, according to the retrospective analysis of the patient’s condition and the drugs are used. Results: The liver function injury in the patient was probably caused by voriconazole combined with various drugs. Conclusion: Through this case of liver function injury caused by volconazole combined with various drugs, we should be vigilant against drug-induced diseases and analyze causal relationship of adverse reactions timely in the patient, so as to provide reasonable guidance for clinical use in drugs.
