腕踝针联合五音疗法治疗中度癌性疼痛的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察腕踝针联合五音疗法治疗中度癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月至2018年12月在长沙某三甲医院就诊的中度癌性疼痛的患者44例,随机分成观察组和对照组各22例。两组均按照VAS联合NRS评估疼痛计分,.及患者满意度调查和不良反应发.生情况调查表进.行评估。.结果:观察组的缓解疼痛起效.时间快于对照组,.且缓解疼.痛的效果优于对照组(P=0000),不良反应发生率观察组000%,对照组1364%(P=0000),患者满意度观察组10000%,对照组8182%(P=0036),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:腕踝针联合五音疗法在治疗中度癌性疼痛的有效率优于常规羟考酮口服止痛治疗,更能提高患者的满意度,降低不良反应发生。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy in the treatment of moderate cancer pain. Methods: 44 patients with moderate cancer pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of visit, 22 cases each. Both groups were assessed according to the VAS combined with NRS pain score, as well as the self-made satisfaction questionnaire and adverse reaction occurrence questionnaire. Results: The total effective rate was 86.36% in the observation group, 68.18% in the control group, 100.00% in the patient satisfaction observation group, 86.36% in the control group, 0.00% in the adverse reaction rate observation group, and 13.64% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wristle-ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy is more effective than conventional analgesic therapy in the treatment of moderate cancer pain, which can improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
