摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理在呼吸道感染中的效果。方法:通过对2017年1月至2019年11月在我院盐酸溴己新治疗108例呼吸道感染患者分.组,对照组应用常.规护理,实验组给.予个性化护理,观察比较两组治疗.效果、.临床症状改善时间、依从性.差异。.结果:实验组总有.效率96.30%较对照组8149%显著提高(P.<005).;实验组肺部啰音消失时间(.296±.024)d、肺喘鸣音.消失时.间(327±036)d、住院.时间(643±109)d同对.照组肺部啰音消失时间.(429±0.35)d、肺喘鸣音消失时间(602±0(P<005);实验组依从性9444%明显高于对照组6482%(P<005)。结论:针对盐酸溴己新治疗的呼吸道感染患者应用个性化护理治疗效果显著,缩短临床症状改善时间,提高患者依从性,值得推广应用。Objective: To explore the effect of bromhexine hydrochloride combined with personalized nursing in respiratory infections. Methods: Grouping 108 patients with respiratory tract infection treated with bromhexine hydrochloride in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019. The control group was treated with routine care. The experimental group was given personalized care. The treatment effects and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed and compared. Improve time and compliance differences. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.49%)(P<0.05). The lung snoring time(2.96±0.24)d, and the lung wheezing disappearance time(3.27±0.36)d. The length of hospital stay(6.43±1.09)d was significantly shorter than that of the lungs in the control group(4.29±0.35)d, the disappearance of lung wheezing(6.02±0.79)d, and the length of hospital stay(9.97±1.36)d was significantly shorter(P<0.05);the compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group by 64.82%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of personalized nursing treatment for patients with respiratory tract infection treated with bromhexine hydrochloride has a significant effect, shortens the improvement time of clinical symptoms, and improves patient compliance. It is worth popularizing and applying.
