摘  要:目的:探讨宫颈微波手术+药物治疗宫颈糜烂的临床价值。方法:选取2015年6月至2018年6月期间我院收治的宫颈糜烂患者90例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组45例,采.用宫颈微波手术治.疗,观察组45例,采用宫颈微波.手术联合干扰素治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为.956%,对照组为778%,观察组显著高于对照组(P.<005);.观察组患者阴道出血时间、阴道.排液时间及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<005);观察组与对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为22%、44%,组间对比无明显差异性(P>005)。结论:采用宫颈微波手术联合干扰素方式对宫颈糜烂患者实施治疗效果显著,可显著改善患者病情,促使症状改善,可在临床上推广应用。Objective: To explore the clinical value of cervical microwave surgery plus drug therapy for cervical erosion. Methods: Ninety patients with cervical erosion admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 45 patients in the control group were treated with cervical microwave surgery and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with cervical microwave surgery combined with interferon. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.6%, 77.8% vin the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time of vaginal bleeding, vaginal drainage and wound healing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 2.2%, 4.4%, there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Microwave cervical surgery combined with interferon is effective in the treatment of cervical erosion, which can significantly improve the patient’s condition and promote the improvement of symptoms, and can be widely used in clinic.
