古汉养生精片对围绝经期气虚体质妇女的30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察古汉养生精片对围绝经期气虚体质妇女的临床疗效。方法:择取本院收治的围绝经期气虚体质的60例女性对象为样本,将入组患者均匀分成对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30),对照组女性需要服用古汉养生精模拟片,而试验组对象则需要服用古汉养生精片,两组对象均需服用3个月,并对两组对象服用前后的气虚体质状况、疲劳情况、中医症候积分以及骨密度、抗.苗勒氏管激素(AMH)指标等作以比较。结果:实际统计病例58例,.试验组30例,对照组28例。干预前两组受试者的各项指标无明显差异(P>005)。干预后两组受试者的各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论:古汉养生精片对围绝经期气虚体质妇女的中医症状、气虚和疲劳症状均有较明显的改善作用,并有助于维持围绝经期气虚体质妇女的AMH与骨密度水平。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ancient Han health essence tablet on the women with Qi deficiency constitution in perimenopause. Methods: 60 perimenopausal women with Qi deficiency constitution were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 in each group. The experimental group was given the ancient Chinese health essence tablet orally, the control group was given the ancient Chinese health essence simulated tablet orally, the intervention time was 3 months. The TCM symptom score, fatigue scale score, Qi deficiency constitution score, AMH value and BMD value were observed before and after intervention. Results: There were 58 cases, 30 cases in the experimental group and 28 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The ancient Han health essence tablet can significantly improve the TCM symptoms, Qi deficiency and fatigue symptoms of perimenopausal women with Qi deficiency constitution, and help to maintain the AMH and bone density level of perimenopausal women with Qi deficiency constitution.
