摘 要:采用悬浮聚合方法,基于互穿交联网络结构均相离子交换材料的制备技术,以去离子水为分散系溶剂,对苯乙烯磺酸钠和丙烯酸为原料对碱处理后的聚偏氟乙烯材料进行接枝改性,制备PVDF/PVDF-g-(PSS-co-PAA)离子交换材料。研究表明,以N,N-二甲基双丙烯酰胺(Methylene-Bis-Acrylamide,MBA)为交联剂,原料质量比为聚偏氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride,PVDF)︰对苯乙烯磺酸钠(Sodium p-styrene sulfonate,SSS)︰丙烯酸(Acrylic acid,AA)=5︰2︰2制备阳离子交换材料具有优秀的结构规整性。通过扫描电镜分析,离子交换材料整体表现为PVDF-g-(PSSS-co-PAA)亲水层包裹PVDF的规则球状结构,粒径分布在300nm左右。PVDF/PVDF-g-(PSSS-co-PAA)cation exchange material was synthesized by suspension polymerization method based on the preparation of homogeneous cation exchange material with crosslinking network structure.Sodium p-styrenesulfonate and acrylic acid were grafted on the alkali-treated-PVDF in deionized water dispersion system.Research shows that,PVDF/PVDF-g-(PSS-co-PAA)cation exchange material was synthesized with Methylene-Bis–Acrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent and the mass ratio of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)︰sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS)︰acrylic acid(AA)=5︰2︰2.Through SEM analysis,the cation exchange material as a whole showed a regular spherical structure of PVDF/PVDF-g-(PSS-co-PAA)hydrophilic layer enveloping PVDF,with particle size distribution about 300 nm.
