摘 要:众所周知,壳聚糖是从甲壳类动物的壳中提取,过程中需要使用大量的化学试剂,步骤繁杂。因此,本文分别以常见的废弃物虾壳和壳聚糖为原料,利用水热法合成具有蓝色荧光的碳点。通过粒径分布,荧光量子产率,抗光漂白能力,pH稳定性等方面对合成的两种碳点进行了系统的对比,结果表明直接利用废弃物虾壳合成的碳点与化学原料壳聚糖合成的碳点相比具有更优的光学性能。It is well known that chitosan is extracted from the shell of crustaceans,and a large number of chemical reagents are needed in the process,and the steps are complicated.Therefore,carbon dots with blue fluorescence were synthesized by hydrothermal method using common waste shrimp shells and chitosan,respectively.The two kinds of carbon dots were systematically studied in terms of particle size distribution,fluorescence quantum yield,anti photobleaching ability and pH stability.The results showed that the carbon dots synthesized directly from waste shrimp shell had better optical properties than those synthesized from chemical raw material chitosan.
