摘 要:采用响应面优化法对口腔贴膜剂配方及黏附性能进行优化,考察了不同配方比例的聚乙烯醇17-88、羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油对终产品加权评分的影响,加权评分项包括贴膜剂外观、体外黏附力、溶解时间。研究发现,聚乙烯醇17-88和羧甲基纤维素钠对贴膜剂终产品加权评分有显著性影响。模型预测值与实测值之间无显著性差异,说明模型预测性良好。Response surface method was applied to optimize the formulation and adhesion performance of oral film.The influence of different recipe proportion of PVA17-88,CMC-Na and glycerin on weighted score of final products were evaluated.The weighted score included appearance evaluation,in vitro adhesive force and dissolution time.The results showed that both PVA17-88 and CMC-Na had significant effects on the response value.There were no significant differences between predicted value and measured value.This model had satisfactory predictability.
