摘　　要：高血压是人类常见的一种慢性疾病,可引起心脏在内的多种器官的损伤,甚至危及人类的生命安全。在长期持续的高血压刺激下,可导致高血压患者的心脏受到严重的损伤,首先表现为心室充盈压升高,进一步引起左心房血液排出受阻,肺循环血液回流受阻,进而引起左心房压力负荷和容量负荷增加,最后出现左心房容积及功能的改变。因此,左心房容积及功能的改变对心血管疾病的发生及心脏功能损伤具有重要的预测价值。本篇文章主要围绕高血压导致心血管疾病的发生以及左心房容积和功能评价的超声诊断方法来展开综述。Hypertension is a common chronic disease in human beings,which can cause damage to the heart and other organs and even endanger the safety of human life.Under the stimulus of prolonged high blood pressure,can lead to high blood pressure in patients with serious heart damage,first characterized by ventricular filling pressure,further cause left atrium blood discharge is blocked,pulmonary blood is blocked,resulting in the left atrium pressure load and capacity load increase,the last of left atrium volume and function change.Therefore,the changes of left atrium volume and function have important predictive value for the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and cardiac function injury.This article mainly focuses on the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases caused by hypertension and the ultrasonic diagnostic methods of left atrium volume and function evaluation.
