摘　　要：对中国石油天然气股份有限公司广西石化分公司Unipol气相聚丙烯(PP)装置节能降耗措施进行了介绍。通过精细化管理降低了装置在实际运行中的能耗和物耗,提高了生产效率,并从精制塔再生系统技改技措及回收系统技术优化等方面,实现装置节能降耗。节能降耗措施在保障安全生产的前提下,降低了生产成本,在提高企业经济效益方面发挥了重要的作用。The article offers information on energy saving and consumption reduction measures for Unipol gas-phase polypropylene(PP)plants of China National Petroleum Corporation Guangxi Petrochemical Company.Through refined management,the energy consumption and material consumption of the device in actual operation are reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.At the same time,the energy saving and consumption reduction of the device are realized from the technical improvement measures of the refining tower regeneration system and the optimization of the recovery system technology.On the premise of ensuring safe production,energy saving and consumption reduction measures reduce production costs and it plays an important role in improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
