中医推拿疗法与温针灸综合治疗腰间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的针对中医推拿疗法与温针灸综合治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果进行研究。方法选取本院近两年收治的60例腰间盘突出症患者资料用于本次研究对象,基于治疗路径差异用随机分配方式将对象分为组;对照组采取中医推拿方法,实验组采取中医推拿综合温针灸方法,以治疗有效率、患者疼痛评分作为评价方面来对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),因此两组治疗效果差异显著。结论实施中医推拿与温针灸综合治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果非常显著,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量,故值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese massage therapy and warm needle moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated in our hospital in recent two years were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups by random allocation based on the difference of treatment paths.The control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine massage,while the experimental group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with warming needling and moxibustion to evaluate the treatment efficiency and pain of patients.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed as evaluation.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),so there was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of TCM massage combined with warming needling and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is very remarkable.It can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
