特殊染色联合免疫组化技术在肿瘤病理诊断中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨特殊染色联合免疫组化技术在肿瘤病理诊断中的效果。方法将在2017年12月~2018年12月我院收治的82例肿瘤患者按数字随机法分为两组,第一组为对照组,第二组为研究组,各41例患者,对照组患者采用免疫组化技术进行诊断,研究组患者采用特殊染色联合免疫组化技术进行诊断,对相关数据进行比较。结果研究组阳性率为100.0%,对照组阳性率为87.8%,与对照组相比,研究组阳性检测率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肿瘤病理诊断,特殊染色联合免疫组化技术准确度更高,具有大范围借鉴价值。Objective To explore the effect of special staining combined with immunohistochemistry on tumor pathological diagnosis.Methods A total 82 patients who were delivered in our hospital between December 2017 and December 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly,41 cases in each group.The control group patients were diagnosed by immunohistochemistry,and special staining combined with immunohistochemistry for the observation group.Results The positive rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Special staining combined with immunohistochemical technique has a more significant effect in tumor pathology diagnosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
