噻托溴铵粉雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗重度稳定期AECOPD的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的针对重度稳定期AECOPD患者,探讨噻托溴铵粉雾剂和孟鲁司特的联合治疗效果。方法收集2018年1月至2018年12月在我院治疗的重度稳定期ECOPD患者74例,按照就医先后顺序分成实验组和参照组,参照组采用噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗,实验组在参照组的基础上加入孟鲁司特,对比两组治疗结果。结果实验组治疗有效率为97.30%,高于参照组的81.08%。实验组的治疗效果明显好于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重度稳定期AECOPD患者,采用噻托溴铵粉雾剂和孟鲁司特联合治疗,可有效改善患者的肺气指标,缓解临床症状,效果确切。Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of tiotropium bromide and montelukast in patients with severe stable AECOPD.Methods A total of 74 patients with severe stable ECOPD treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to the order of medical treatment.Montelukast was added on the basis of the reference group,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate in the experimental group was 97.30%,which was higher than the reference group's 81.08%.The treatment effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe stable AECOPD,the combined treatment with tiotropium bromide powder and montelukast can effectively improve the lung gas index and alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients.
