社区护理对高血压患者生活方式及疾病行为的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析社区护理对高血压患者生活方式及疾病行为的作用。方法选取某社区近年来在册管理的80例高血压患者病历资料,通过进行为期两年的社区护理,对比护理干预前后对患者生活方式及疾病行为的影响。结果社区护理对患者饮酒吸烟、限盐、运动等生活方式的改变有着显著的作用(P<0.05),并对患者高血压疾病知识了解、血压控制情况和服药依从性能够起到明显的改善效果(P<0.05),但在患者体重控制、高脂饮食及情绪控制上不明显(P>0.05)。结论实施社区护理对高血压患者生活方式及疾病行为改善的效果显著,能够有效提高护理质量,改掉不良生活习惯,值得深入研究并推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of community nursing on life style and disease behavior of patients with hypertension.Methods 80 hypertensive patients'medical records were collected from a community in recent years,and the effects of nursing intervention on patients'lifestyle and disease behavior were compared through two-year community nursing.Results Community nursing had a significant effect on the lifestyle changes of patients such as drinking,smoking,salt restriction and exercise(P<0.05)It could also improve the knowledge of hypertension,blood pressure control and medication compliance(P<0.05)However,it could improve the patients'weight control,high-fat diet and emotional control(P<0.05)The system was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of community nursing on the improvement of life style and disease behavior of hypertension patients is remarkable.It can effectively improve the quality of nursing and change bad living habits.It is worth further study and application.
