摘　　要：目的评价中心静脉置管在临床上广泛应用的效果。方法分析由其带来的最常见的相关性血流感染的并发症及其严重危害。结果中心静脉导管集束化干预策略(Central Line Bundle,CLB)是目前预防CRBSI最有效的措施,能有效降低CRBSI的发生率。结论对于CLB目前存在认识不足,效率低下,管理不规范等情况,只有加强认识、培训、管理才能提高CLB水平,降低CRBSI的发生率,从而保证患者健康,减轻医疗负担。Objective The central venous catheter is widely used in clinic.Methods Central venous catheter-related blood stream infection(CRBSI)has become the most important and common clinical complication.Results The central Line Bundle(CLB)which can reduce the incidence of CRBSI is now the effective measures to prevent CRBSI.Conclusion There are currently insufficient knowledge,low efficiency and irregular management of CLB.Only by strengthening knowledge,training and management,CLB level can be improved and the incidence of CRBSI can be reduced,so as to ensure the health of patients and reduce the medical burden.
