四妙丸联合甲硝唑栓治疗肛门坠胀60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察四妙丸联合甲硝唑栓治疗肛门坠胀的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年12月~2017年12月江苏省苏北人民医院门诊就诊的120例肛门坠胀患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组予四妙丸口服联合甲硝唑栓纳肛治疗;对照组予甲硝唑栓纳肛治疗。结果实验组在治疗总有效率、平均见效时间及半年复发率上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四妙丸联合甲硝唑栓对于肛门坠胀有良好疗效,见效快、远期疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Simiao pills combined with metronidazole suppository in the treatment of anal pendant expansion.Methods 120 patients with anal pendant expansion who were treated in the department of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Simiao pills combined with metronidazole suppository;the control group was given metronidazole suppository.Results The total effective rate,average effective time and half-year recurrence rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Simiao pills combined with metronidazole suppository has a good effect on anal pendant expansion,with quick effect and good long-term effect.
