麦角新碱治疗剖宫产术中大出血的护理干预措施分析

摘　　要：目的:在剖宫产手术中予以患者麦角新碱治疗,并联合开展护理干预措施,对患者临床效果进行分析和评价。方法:选择2017年12月至2019年7月在本院接受治疗的60例剖宫产手术患者,随机分为两组。所有患者均在手术中予以麦角新碱,参照予以一般护理,实验组予以综合护理干预。观察并对比两组患者的术中出血量、术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量、产后出血率、不良反应发生情况以及患者对护理服务的满意程度。结果:实验组产后出血率较参照组更低,P<0.05;实验组护理满意度较参照组更高,P<0.05;实验组心悸、呕吐恶心、头痛、血压升高等不良反应发生率较参照组更低,P<0.05;实验组术中出血量、术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量较参照组均更少,P<0.05。结论:在剖宫产手术中予以患者麦角新碱治疗,同时联合开展综合护理干预措施,可有效减少患者出血量和不良反应发生情况,提高患者对护理服务的满意率,效果较好。Objection: Ergoxine was treated in cesarean section, and nursing intervention was carried out to analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of the patients. Methods: Sixty patients with cesarean section who received treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given ergoxine during the operation, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The intraoperative blood loss, 2 h postoperative blood loss, 24 h postoperative blood loss, postpartum bleeding rate, adverse reactions and patients’ satisfaction with nursing services were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The postpartum bleeding rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of heart palpitations, vomiting, nausea, headache, elevated blood pressure and other adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The intraoperative, 2 h and 24 h blood loss in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ergoxine treatment for patients in cesarean section operation, combined with comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and adverse reactions in patients, improve the satisfaction rate of patients on nursing services, the effect is better.
