摘　　要：结合医院工程质量保修期维保案例,从人员、材料、工艺、管理等方面总结了医院建筑工程的"质控PS十原则",以期为丰富工程质量管理控制体系提供借鉴。Based on the cases of maintenance during the hospital engineering quality warranty period, the article summarizes the "ten principles of quality control PS" of hospital construction engineering from the aspects of personnel, materials, technology and management, etc., in order to provide a reference for enriching the engineering quality management control system.
