基于层次分析法的高校学生宿舍管理模式评价模型

摘　　要：高校学生宿舍的管理是学生思想教育管理的重要阵地,宿舍管理的科学有效,会直接影响高校立德树人工作的开展。采用美国运筹学家Saaty教授提出的层次分析法,将人的主观判断用数量形式表达和处理,建立评价模型,对学生宿舍管理模式给出定性与定量分析相结合的系统化、层次化的评价方法。对3种学生宿舍管理模式进行评价,给出最优建议,为改进高校学生宿舍管理工作提供参考。The management of college student dormitory is the focus of ideological education management.The scientific and effective dormitory management will directly affect the development of moral education in colleges.This paper adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process proposed by Thomas L.Saaty,an American operational expert to express people’s subjective judgement in quantitative form so as to establish an evaluation model.What’s more,a systematic and hierarchical evaluation method is presented by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis on the management of student dormitories.Finally,three modes of student dormitory management are evaluated,and the best suggestion is given.This study has a certain guiding significance to the management of college student dormitory.
