新形势下我国体育小镇发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：以单项体育活动或赛事为核心、体育产业融合新城区建设及引入体育类企业建设运营等为我国体育小镇的发展特色。目前我国体育小镇发展业已取得一定成就,“体育+”产业链正在形成,积极带动了当地经济发展,生态环境得以不断改善。但宣传力度不足、融资渠道狭窄、存在地产化倾向、地域分布不合理等问题仍然存在。为促进我国体育小镇的建设与发展,应加强对外宣传,创新宣传方式;拓宽融资渠道,增加融资规模;杜绝地产化倾向,促进健康发展;科学合理布局,影响更多地区。The development of sports town in China is often characterized by one sport or event and the sports industry is often integrated with the construction of the town area,in which some sports enterprises are introduced in to the construction and operation.Now China has made some achievements in sports town development.The sports industry chain of"sports plus"is taking shape,positively promoting the local economic growth and ecological environment improvement.However,there are still some problems restricting its development,such as insufficient publicity,narrow financing channels,real estate development tendency and imbalanced regional distribution.To promote the construction and development of sport towns sports town,more efforts should be put to improve publicity,innovate the publicity modes,widen the financing channels,increase the financing scale,put an end to the real estate tendency for its healthy development,and rational distribution to influence more areas.
