摘　　要：警察出庭作证制度是我国证人制度的一大进步,是推进以审判为中心诉讼制度改革的产物,也是法制化进程的重要组成部分,对司法理论与实践起到推动作用。以新的时代视角,审视警察出庭作证制度的构建具有重大意义,有利于明晰警察出庭作证,并对存在问题进行系统分析,探讨“中国式”警察出庭作证制度的合理建构。The police testimony system is a great progress of our witness system.It is the product of advancing the reform of the trial-centered litigation system.It is also an important part of the legalization process,which promotes judicial theory and practice.Therefore,from the perspective of a new era,it is of great significance to examine the construction of the police testimony system,which is conducive to clear police testimony,and analyzes the existing problems systematically,and explores the reasonable construction of the"Chinese-style"police testimony system.
