摘　　要：民警训练工作是公安教育的重要组成部分。全媒体时代,为民警训练教官“背”课教学带来便利的同时,对教官的综合素质特别是教学基本功提出了更高要求。笔者结合教学实践浅谈全媒体时代民警训练教官“背”课的重要意义、基本方法和品质要求。Police training is an important part of public security education.In the all-media era,while bringing convenience to the teaching of"back"lessons for police trainers,higher demands are placed on the comprehensive qualities of trainers,especially the basic skills of teaching.The author discusses the significance,basic methods and quality requirements of"back"lessons of police training instructors in the all-media era with teaching practice.
