摘 要:为探究白术种子适宜萌发条件,将椰糠、滤纸、棉花和纱网4种材质作为发芽床,通过不同温度、不同浓度NaCl和GA对白术进行浸种处理。结果表明,白术发芽率在椰糠、滤纸和棉花处理下无显著差异,但显著高于纱网处理;浸种温度在20~25℃之间发芽率较高,霉变率较低;NaCl浓度低于0.1 g·L^-1时,其发芽相关指标与对照无显著差异,高于0.1 g·L^-1时,随浓度增加其发芽相关指标显著降低;GA浓度对白术种子发芽无显著作用。浸种温度为20~25℃、低浓度的NaCl以及保水性较好的发芽床适宜白术种子的萌发。In order to explore the suitable conditions for seed germination of Atractylodes macrocephala,four materials including coconut coir,filter paper,cotton and gauze were used as the germination bed to investigate seed germination situation under different temperature,NaCl and GA concerntration.The results showed that the germination rate of A.macrocephala had no significant difference cultivated in coconut coir,filter paper and cotton,but the germination rate in three materials were significantly higher than that in gauze material.The germination rate was higher and the mildew rate was lower when the immersion temperature was 20-25℃.Moreover,there was no significant difference between the germination-related indexes compared with the control group when NaCl concentration was lower than 0.1 g·L^-1,but the germination-related indexes significantly decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration when NaCl concentration was higher than 0.1 g·L^-1.GA concentration had no significant effect on seed germination of A.macrocephala.In conclusion,the immersion temperature was 20-25℃with low NaCl concentration and germination bed with good water retention were suitable for the germination of A.macrocephala seeds.
