摘 要:以市政污水为研究对象,应用曝气膜生物反应器(MABR)技术探讨同步硝化反硝化(SND)过程的构建及其在不同低碳氮比下运行的特点,为今后应用MABR处理低碳氮比废水提供有益参考。结果表明:曝气压力为0.049 MPa,HRT为12 h,碳氮比为6.3~8.0时,经过45 d的连续运行,成功实现了稳定的SND工艺,SND率达87.48%,且不存在亚硝酸型硝化;当碳氮比由4.4降至2.3时,平均SND率由87.34%降至84.53%;碳氮比降低对生物膜与主料液菌群多样性影响较小,对优势属种类影响较大。Taking the municipal wastewater as the research object,the construction of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND) process was studied by using the membrane-aerated biofilm reactor(MABR) technology. The SND characteristics under different low C/N ratios were also analyzed,and it would provide a useful reference for the future application of MABR in the treatment of low carbon nitrogen wastewater. The results showed that in the startup testing phase,MABR run for 45 days continuously and a stable SND process was successfully realized when the aeration pressure controlled was 0.049 MPa,the HRT was 12 h,and the C/N ratio was 6.3. The SND rate could reach87.48% and there was no nitrite-type nitrification. When C/N ratio was reduced from 4.4 to 2.3 by increasing the ammonia nitrogen load,the average nitrogen removal rate of SND decreased from 87.34% to 84.53%. The decrease of C/N had less effect on the diversity of biofilm and main liquid bacteria,while it had a greater impact on the dominant species.
