摘  要:根据广西靖西一家丝绸企业产生的高浓度有机废水水质特点,经过工艺选择,采用预处理+生化处理+生物砂滤的处理工艺,并阐述了工艺处理特点及效果,处理后的COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N的去除率分别为99%、99%、98%、95%。排放口出水各项指标达到《缫丝厂工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 28936-2012)表1的要求。According to the water quality characteristics of high concentration organic wastewater produced by a filature enterprise in Jingxi,Guangxi, a combined process was adopted, consisting of pretreatment,biochemical treatment and biological sand filter processing craft. The characteristics and effects of the treatment process were described. The practical results showed that the total removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N were 99%,99%,98%,95%,respectively. The effluent water quality reached the requirements of table 1 of discharge standards for industrial water pollutants of filature(GB 28936-2012).
