摘 要:以某光伏企业为例,分析了废水产生来源及水质特点,按照分类收集-分质预处理-集中生化处理的处理思路,选择钙盐沉淀法+高密度沉淀池处理含氟废水;预调节沉淀池+板框压滤机处理颗粒废水;水解酸化+生物接触氧化+活性砂过滤处理综合废水。介绍了该工艺的技术特点,并给出主要构筑物的技术参数,阐述工艺控制要点及系统运行情况,分析运行效果,供其他工程参考。工程监测结果表明,该工艺可有效去除水中污染物,处理系统运行稳定,耐冲击能力强。Taking a photovoltaic enterprise as an example,the source of wastewater and the characteristics of water quality were analyzed. Based on the treatment principle of classified collection,grading pretreatment and centralized biochemical treatment,the combined process of calcium salt precipitation and high-density precipitation tank was chosen to treat fluoride-containing wastewater,while the process of pre-adjustment tank and plate and frame filter was chosen to treat granular-containing wastewater,the process of hydrolytic acidification,biological contact oxidation and actived sand filter was chosen to treat integrated wastewater. The technical characteristics of the process were intro-duced,and the technical parameters of main structures were given. The key points for controlling the process and the operational situation of the system were represented,and the operation effect were analyzed to provide reference for other projects. The engineering monitoring results showed that the process effectively removed pollutants from the wastewater,and the water quality of the effluent reached the standard stably.
