菏泽市蟑螂侵害现状及暗格栅法灭蟑效果研究

摘　　要：目的了解菏泽市城区蟑螂的密度及其侵害状况,观察暗格栅法进行灭蟑的效果。方法应用粘捕法进行密度监测;根据监测结果,选择蟑螂密度较高的医院5家、餐饮10家、宾馆10家,利用暗格栅法、传统粘捕法、药物杀蟑法进行灭蟑效果研究。结果菏泽市蟑螂以德国小蠊为优势种群,没有发现其他种类的蟑螂,在调查的40个监测点中,9个监测点有蟑螂孳生,阳性率为26.43℅,密度为8.17只/张。连续杀蟑1周后,暗格栅法杀蟑率为96%,明显高于普通粘蟑法54%、药物杀蟑法72%。结论菏泽市的蟑螂以医院、宾馆、居民住宅、餐饮行业侵害率较高。暗格栅法防治蟑螂效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To understand the density and damage of cockroaches in Heze City,and observe the cockroach control effect of grid method.Methods Sticky trapping method was used to monitor the density of cockroaches.According to the monitoring results,5 hospitals,10 restaurants and 10 hotels with high cockroach density were selected for field control test,respectively with dark grid method,sticky trap method and traditional chemical application.Results German cockroaches were the dominant population,no other species of cockroaches were found.Among the 40 monitoring sites investigated,9 were infested with cockroaches,with a positive rate of 26.43%and the density of 8.17 insects per room.After killing cockroaches continuously for one week,the dark grid method showed 96%of cockroach control effect,significantly higher than sticky trap method(54%)and the chemical application method(72%).Conclusion Cockroaches in Heze were mostly observed in hospitals,hotels,residential buildings and catering industries.The dark grid method displayed good cockroach control effect and was worthy of popularization.
