摘　　要：目的研究河北省鼠疫自然疫源地2017年动物鼠疫流行期间,分离的鼠疫耶尔森菌(简称鼠疫菌)对小白鼠和豚鼠的毒力。方法对小白鼠和豚鼠分组并选取2017年分离的鼠疫菌株(201701、201702、201703)为研究对象。将每株菌37℃培养24~36 h制成菌悬液,比浊7个不同浓度,分组进行腹股沟皮下注射,分笼饲养观察14 d,动物死亡后取腺、肝、脾、肺、心进行细菌培养,死亡动物以分离到鼠疫菌为特异性死亡,分别计算每株鼠疫菌对小白鼠和豚鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。结果3株鼠疫菌中,201702、201703株毒力均较强,对小鼠LD50分别为463.44、56.23;201701株毒力相对较弱,对小鼠LD50为2157.74。3株菌中201703对豚鼠有较强的毒力,LD50为316.23,201701、201702株对豚鼠毒力弱,LD50均为3162.28。结论2017分离的鼠疫菌毒力属于中等毒力,与河北省疫源地以前分离菌株毒力一致。Objective To study the virulence of Yersinia pestis from plague natural foci with mice and guinea pigs in Hebei Province in 2017.Methods Mice and guinea pigs were subcutaneously inoculated respectively with 3 strains of Y.pestis(201701,201702,201703),which were cultivated in 24-36 h at 37℃and observed for 14 d,with 7 concentrations after nephelometry.After death lymphatic tissue,liver,spleen,lung and heart were dissected for bacterial culture;if Y.pestis was separated in animals,the death was treated as specific death,and the half lethal dose(LD50)was calculated.Results Among 3 strains of Y.pestis,201702 and 201703 were violent,the LD50swere 463.44,56.23 to mice respectively,and LD50 of Y.pestis 201701 was 2157.74,weaker than others.LD50s of 201701,201702 and 201703 for guinea pigs were 3162.28,3162.28 and 316.23 respectively.Conclusion The three strains of Y.pestis from Hebei plague foci held medium virulence to rodents,similar with strains isolated before.
