摘 要:目的进一步了解攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为科学防控登革热提供依据。方法从攀枝花市5县(区)的建成区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法进行抗药性监测,以中国CDC传染病预防控制所的敏感试虫为参考品系,判断其抗药性。结果攀枝花市建成区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、敌敌畏的抗药性倍数分别为2.20、1.95、1.15、0.70、0.47。结论攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂处于低抗或敏感水平,建议在今后防治工作中应继续做好杀虫剂的轮换、混用或镶嵌使用,预防或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生。Objective To understand the resistance levels of Aedes albopictus larvae to five commonly used insecticides in Panzhihua,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods The larvae were collected from five different districts of Panzhihua,tested with WHO standard bioassay.Results The urban population of Aedes albopictus larvae in Panzhihua developed 2.02,1.95,1.15,0.70 and 0.47 folds resistance to deltamethrin,permethrin,cypermethrin,temephos and dichlorvos.Conclusion Aedes albopictus larvae in Panzhihua were sensitive or low resistant to the five insecticides tested.In the future,the rotation,blending and mosaic application of insecticides should be continued to prevent or delay the development of resistance.
