摘 要:人工授精技术的发展推动了养殖业的发展,尤其是冷冻精液保存技术的应用,使人工授精技术更进一步完善。在绵羊冷冻精液人工授精中,由于绵羊子宫的特殊结构,受胎率很不理想,影响养殖场的经济效益。该文根据当地的冷冻精液人工授精情况,详细阐述冷冻精液人工授精的方法,并分析影响冷冻精液人工授精的因素,以提高冷冻精液人工授精受胎率。The development of artificial insemination technology has promoted the development of aquaculture,especially the application of frozen semen preservation technology,making artificial insemination technology more perfect.In artificial insemination with frozen semen of sheep,the conception rate is not ideal due to the special structure of sheep uterus,which affects the economic benefit of the farm.According to the local situation of artificial insemination with frozen semen,the methods of artificial insemination with frozen semen were described in detail,and the factors affecting artificial insemination with frozen semen were analyzed in order to improve the conception rate of artificial insemination with frozen semen.
