摘 要:为了获得高双折射低损耗的光子晶体光纤,设计了一种椭圆双芯,包层为三角晶格排列的光子晶体光纤。运用全矢量有限元法研究了光纤的空气孔间距与双折射值、非线性特性、模场面积、限制损耗及色散的关系。研究结果表明:在波长为1.55μm处,光纤基模的双折射值达0.04343;X、Y偏振方向的非线性系数分别为48.832 W^-1·km^-1和46.286 W^-1·km^-1,同时,X方向的限制损耗低至8.242×10^-9 dB/km;在0.85~1.8μm波长范围内,色散都为正常负色散。In order to obtain photonic crystal fiber with high birefringence and low loss,an elliptic double core photonic crystal fiber with triangular lattice arrangement is designed.The relations between the air hole pitch of the fiber and birefringence,nonlinearity characteristic,mode field area,confinement loss and dispersion is studied by using the full vector finite element method.The results show that the birefringence of the fundamental mode of the fiber reaches 0.04343 at the wavelength of 1.55μm,and the nonlinear coefficients in X and Y polarization directions are 48.832 W^-1·km^-1 and 46.286 W^-1·km^-1 respectively.At the same time,the confinement loss in the X direction is as low as 8.242×10^-9 dB/km.In the wavelength range of 0.85~1.8μm,the dispersion is normal negative dispersion.
