摘 要:在转子表面轴向开槽可以改善实心转子异步电机的起动性能。通过三维有限元法研究实心转子异步电机的电磁性能,可以充分考虑铁心饱和、端部效应和磁场轴向分布等因素,与样机实验数据比较,验证了三维有限元仿真建模的正确性和准确性。基于三维有限元模型的分析,得到转子开槽个数和深度对实心转子电机电磁性能的影响,说明了合理的开槽可以有效提高电机的起动转矩,研究结果能够为该类电机的优化设计提供依据。The axial slotting on the rotor surface improves the starting performance of the solid rotor asynchronous motor.By studying the electromagnetic performance of the solid rotor asynchronous motor by three dimensional finite element method,the factors such as core saturation,end effect and axial distribution of the magnetic field can be fully considered.By comparing with the experimental data of the prototype,the correctness and accuracy of the 3D finite element simulation modeling was verified.Based on the three dimensional finite element model,the influence of the number and depth of rotor slots on the electromagnetic performance of solid rotor motor was obtained.It is shown that reasonable slotting can effectively improve the starting torque of the motor.The results of the study can provide a basis for the optimal design of such motors.
