摘　　要：探讨循证方法在专利情报中的应用,以期丰富专利情报分析理论体系。在分析循证专利情报系统中主体要素对循证专利情报产品质量影响的基础上,融合循证理念和专利情报分析机理,研究分析循证专利情报分析的主框架和循证过程,进一步以我国碳纤维专利分析为例开展了实例研究,据此提出循证方法与专利情报融合的建议。The paper discusses the application of evidence-based method in patent intelligence so as to enrich the patent intelligence analysis theory system.On the basis of analyzing the influence of subject elements of evidence-based patent information system on the quality of evidence-based patent information products,the paper blends the evidence-based method with patent intelligence analysis mechanism,proposes the main analysis framework of the evidence-based patent intelligence system,analyzes its process,and puts forward suggestion on bringing the evidence-based method into patent intelligence analysis.
