摘　　要：乳果糖是一种人工合成的由半乳糖和果糖组成的双糖,口服常规剂量进入肠道后分解成了乳酸和醋酸,是一种渗透性泻药,是临床常用的慢性便秘治疗药物。由于药品说明书及《新编药物学》和《马丁代尔药物大典》等对乳果糖使用方法的描述有明显的差异和不同,且有部分医患对乳果糖的体内代谢过程和药理作用不甚了解,致使乳果糖的使用方法常存在一定误区,导致患者依从性差和治疗效果不满意。本文结合2例用药规范分析,探讨了乳果糖的作用机理、使用方法、药物相互作用和用药注意事项,为临床正确合理使用乳果糖提供参考依据。Lactulose is a kind of synthetic disaccharide composed of galactose and fructose,which is broken down into lactic acid and acetic acid after entering the intestinal tracts in a regular oral dose.It is a kind of osmotic cathartic,and has no irritation to the intestinal tracts.Lactulose oral solutions are commonly used medicine for chronic constipation treatment in clinic.However,there are obvious differences in descriptions of lactulose usage in drug package inserts,New Pharmacology,Martin Dale Drug Dictionary and other references,some clinical staff and patients don't know much about the pharmacological characteristics of lactulose,the misunderstandings lead to poor compliance and unsatisfactory treatment effects.Combining with two specific examples of medication errors,this paper discussed the mechanism,usage,drug interaction and medication precautions of lactulose,to provide a reference for the clinical correct and reasonable use of lactulose.
