摘 要:在十三五规划中,绿色建筑成为了一个重点、热点话题。但是很多是为了绿色而“绿色”,让这个绿色缺乏根本实际性的意义。针对绿色建筑需要建立起一个环境评价体系,这样能够更加规范、直观地推动绿色建筑行业的发展。本文是从BIM技术的视角去研究绿色建筑的环境,从环境评价指标的层层筛选到BIM基础下展现的绿色建筑的3D模型构建,对建筑环境的分析一步步进行优化。Green building is not a strange topic for everyone.In the 13th five-year plan,green building has become a key and hot topic in the past five years and has been discussed by the masses.However,many developers have not made buildings to meet the standards of green buildings,concealing the essence of green buildings,and making green lack the fundamental practical significance.Therefore,an environmental assessment system needs to be established for green buildings and is recognized and supported by the masses.It can be more standardized and intuitively promote the development of the green building industry.Therefore,BIM technology is introduced into green buildings,which can promote sustainable development.This paper analyzes the environment of green buildings from the perspective of BIM technology,including rigorous screening of environmental assessment indicators and construction of 3D models of green buildings based on BIM,and optimization step by step.
