摘　　要：以长江三角洲城市群为研究对象,利用熵值法和灰色分析理论,选取24个指标作为评判依据分别计算出长江三角洲城市群26座城市的综合得分,再将得分作为特殊序列与各项指标进行关联分析,重点对环境相对偏差的沿江8市改善房地产投资环境提出建议,为8市房地产发展提供借鉴和参考。In 2016,8 cities in Anhui Province were formally incorporated into the Yangtze River Del-ta CityGroup.The Yangtze River Delta City Group is regarded as the research object.Using the e-ntropy method and Grey correlation analysis,24 indexes are selected as the evaluation basis to calculate the comprehensive score of 26 cities in the Yangtze river delta City Group.The comprehensive score which isused as a special sequence make correlation analyses with various indic-ators.The article focuses on the relative deviatio-n of real estate investment environment in Anhui 8 citi-es put forward suggestions for improvement.It can provi-de reference for the development of real estate in 8 cities in Anhui province.
