摘 要:为了有效解决传统行波电流差动保护无法满足带高压并联电抗器特高压输电线路应用要求的问题,提出了一种新的行波差动保护方法。通过计算三相电压、三相电流暂态量,经过相模解耦变换,得到行波电流模分量;然后以线路两端初始方向电流行波波头在前数十微秒内的积分作为特征值构成新的保护动作判据。该判据能够有效地躲过系统正常运行和区外故障引起的暂态不平衡差流,同时对区内各种故障都有较高的灵敏度。理论及仿真计算表明,该方法动作可靠,速度快,能够在现有的技术条件下实现,具有较高的实用价值。In order to effectively solve the question of the traditional traveling-wave differential protection cannot be applied to UHV AC transmission line with high voltage shunt reactor,a new method of traveling-wave differential protection is proposed.Obtaining three-phase voltage and current transients,module components are got by decoupling transformation,then the integral value of initial wave fronts at both of the line terminals for tens micro seconds is taken as eigenvalues which compose the action criterion.The application of the criterion not only avoid transient unbalance differential currents impacts under the system normal operation and external faults conditions,but also has high sensitivity for all internal faults.Theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation show that the method presented is reliable as well as with rapid response.The new protection has high practical value,can be achieved under the existing technical conditions.
