摘　　要：针对国内高校在科研组织管理放面普遍存在的科研战略不清晰、管理体系不健全等问题,分析借鉴新加坡南洋理工大学科研管理的做法与经验,提出通过加强顶层谋划和战略引导、人才引育和考核、跨学科研究、管理和服务团队建设等举措,着力推动国内高校的科研管理体系创新,加快"双一流"建设步伐。In view of the problems such as unclear scientific research strategy and imperfect management system in the management of scientific research organizations in domestic universities, the analysis and reference on the practice and experience of scientific research management of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore put forward measures such as strengthening top-level planning and strategic guidance, talent induction and assessment, interdisciplinary research, management and service team building, and so on. This will help promote the innovation of scientific research management system in domestic universities and accelerate the pace of "Double First-rate" construction.
